LST-915 was laid down on 22 March 1944 at Hingham, Mass. By the Bethlehem-Hingham Shipyard and launched on 3 May 1944.  It was assigned to the Asiatic-Pacific Theater during WWII.  Length was 328’and beam was 50’.  It had a crew of about 13 officers and 104 enlisted.  It had troop accomodations for 16 officers and 147 enlisted.
